Contact messages
The contact form helps you write a message. Your name, contact details and message stay on the page until you choose email or WhatsApp. You review and send the message in that app. The form does not send it automatically or save your entries after a reload.
Once you send a message, Omuto and your chosen messaging provider receive it. For questions about information held by Omuto, email [email protected].
Staff publishing
Authorised staff sign in to save story drafts and upload images. Passwords are stored as hashes. Drafts are kept privately on Omuto’s hosting account until published; published stories and their images are public. Staff should upload only information and images Omuto has permission to publish. Contact Omuto about corrections or removal requests.
Saved product lists
The catalogue saves product names and quantities on your device so you can return to your enquiry list. It does not save your name or contact details with the list. Use “Clear list” on the catalogue page to remove it.
Payments
This website does not process payments. Transfers take place through your payment provider. Do not share payment PINs, passwords or card details in an enquiry.
Videos
Video previews are served with this website. Pressing Play loads a YouTube player, which connects your browser to YouTube. You can also choose the “Watch on YouTube” link.
Hosting and other services
The hosting service processes technical information needed to serve the website and control access. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
WhatsApp, email, YouTube, Instagram, map services and other external websites have their own privacy practices.
Young people and sensitive information
For participation by children, ask Omuto about consent and safeguarding arrangements. Avoid putting identity documents or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
